About Isaac Nurse

My musical journey began at a young age, participating in church choirs and taking trumpet lessons with a local band teacher. A few years later, I was teaching myself composition, quickly advancing from small ensemble pieces to writing for a full symphony orchestra.

Film and video game music has always been a very important part of my life; be it grandiose scores of John Williams and Howard Shore, the melodic tunes of Koji Kondo, or the sweeping works of Nobuo Uematsu—the music never failed to inspire. These classic games and movies (Jurassic Park, LOTR, The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, etc.) instilled in me a passion for creating music.

Music should tell a story, and I believe that when it does, it serves its purpose in the best way possible.
